About The-PC-Whisperer
We are a locally based family run business, whose aims are simply to help all Computer users to maximise the potential benefits of Computer ownership.
The PC Whisperer is John Michael Whitehouse, known as Mike Whitehouse (Parents gave me a first name then called me Mike, little wonder I talk to computers).
Our business address is 9 The Grove, Claines Worcester, WR3 7NZ.
I am ably assisted in the business by my trusty sidekick (wife) Carol, who keeps my feet on the ground dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s, and without whose support I could not have become The PC Whisperer.
Finally, my two daughters and nephew are also involved in the business, they helped make our Movie, and they deliver leaflets.

Background
My love affair with computers began thanks to Sir Clive Sinclair and his ZX Spectrum and really took off with the introduction of Microsoft Windows 3.1 in 1992 and has gradually become a way of life for me.
I previously worked in Banking, Insurance and Financial Planning for 27 years and I finally took the plunge into IT in 2007. Why? I hear you ask? We lived in New Zealand for the previous two years and during my time there I worked for one of their Banks in an area office. The technology we were using was quite dated and lead to many problems requiring technical help. Unfortunately, the technical help was pretty useless and soon I realised I knew more than they did and I was frequently sorting out the problems. Eventually, I realised I enjoyed doing that more than my ‘proper job’ and I was good at solving IT problems. When we returned to the UK in late 2006, I decided to start studying for leading IT qualifications and then become The-PC-Whisperer.
Qualifications
