As a local business, every single computer owner that chooses to use our services is very important to us. You will not find us in The Yellow Pages under AAAAAAAA The PC Whisperer. We will rely entirely on ‘word of mouth’ and leaflet drops, so that you can decide whether to use our services. If you do choose to use us we will never cold call you to suggest that your computer needs its annual software review. If you choose to use us it is because you wish to, not because we have talked you into it!

We will work as hard as possible to keep you and your computer happy, healthy and safe. To show how much we value our computer owners for every 5 new (fee paying) customers that you introduce to us you will receive a £5 reduction off your next service. In addition, the longer you continue to use us and the more services you use, will also lead to other negotiated reductions, we will endeavour to look after our loyal regular customers.

Trust

I feel this is a very important aspect of our service because you may be allowing an unknown stranger into your home with access to one of the most important possessions you own.
Having worked in Banking/Insurance and Financial Planning for 27 years, The-PC-Whisperer  understands the importance of Trust, Honesty and Confidentiality. The-PC-Whisperer will have a full Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) enhanced check available for inspection. I can also provide genuine referees, whom you can contact for a character reference, if you wish.
This is why we want our customers to recommend us so that you know who you are letting into your home.
