There are many different types of illnesses that your computer can contract, some are minor, some are serious, and some are life threatening (to the computer!)

Therefore, once you have described the patient´s symptoms we can assess what level of treatment or pampering that is required for your machine and provide the assistance you need.

Many computer illnesses can be prevented if the computer has the correct diet (software), exercise (maintenance), and above all an owner that has learned to understand their behaviour and gives them the love and attention they crave. Therefore the following services are designed to cater for the individual needs of each owner and machine.

Computer Health Farm

When you go on holiday next, allow your computer to come to us and be put through a PC detox and tune up. We can also make an off site backup to protect your PC, so it´s as refreshed and ready to go as you are, when you return from your holiday.This will result in improved performance of your computer together with knowledge that it is fully secure while you are away from home. We also offer a 24 hour turn-around intensive session version of above. The longer we can look after the machine the cheaper the cost of the treatments;

Let us know when you intend to travel and we will contact you shortly before you leave to arrange to pick up your computer and deliver it back to you on your return. We will also unplug and plug it back in again, its all part of the service!

Wireless Computing

Many Internet Service Providers (ISP´s) provide and encourage you to use this wonderful technology which can provide internet access to all parts of your property. However, if you do not know what you are doing when setting up a wireless connection you can end up providing open access to your computer and the internet to anyone in your neighbourhood! Therefore, we provide a free wireless health check to see if you need further assistance, just give us a call and we can check out your set up over the telephone.

Tailor Made Training Sessions

To help owners understand their machine better, we provide tailor made training training sessions that assess the owners current level of understanding of their computer and find out what they want to be able to do with their computer.

Each class will last about 1 and half hours at a cost of £30.

Computer Re-homing

We also specialise in helping non computer owners, of all age groups, to discover the joys of Computer ownership. We run introductory courses where you can join with other non owners and find out what a computer is like to use, without the expense of buying one, so that when you are ready you can take the plunge. In conjunction with Worcestershire Lifestyles Charity (See Community page) you can re-home a stray computer at a very reasonable cost, it´s a great place to start.
